Cuchifrito soup

I removed the line:

In Puerto Rico, cuchifrito is a soup dish made with green bananas and four parts of the pig. This includes ears, tripe, morcilla, and tongue seasoning is also added such as sofrito, adobo and lemon.

In Puerto Rico, cuchifritos are items that are exclusively fried (so for example, pasteles are NOT considered cuchifritos, even if they are sold in cuchifrito stands. Same goes for soups; the one above described is one recipe for Sancocho (sunday "kitchen sink stew") or even a version of mondongo (beef tripe stew).Sings-With-Spirits (talk) 19:34, 15 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
