Massive article cut - March 2, 2013

Hi, I made a series of massive cuts to this article because I didn't find the article to be written to encyclopedic standards. Much of what was on the page read like a "So You're Thinking About Getting a Job as a Kitchen Assistant in the Turks and Caicos Islands" leaflet. There was a lot of information/opinion that appeared in one section, which was duplicated in other sections. The article needs more specifics. We mention that there are a lot of spices on the islands, but don't say what they are. Are they native spices? Imported? We talk about a variety of dishes (including hamburgers and hot dogs) but make no effort to catalog, say, the five most popular native dishes (properly sourced, of course,) and their impact on the culture, tourism, etc. (if any.)
