Stub Ranking

4 sensors

i've just hooked up my DK Bongos to a USB adapter - it's worth noting that there are actually 2 sensors on each drum (making 4 in total). the left bongo has a button for Y and B (equivalent buttons on GC pad) and the right has one for X and A. i don't think the ability to press these seperately has ever been used in any games.-— Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.43.100.107 (talk) 13:16, 29 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've noticed that you can use the DK Bongos to play Super Smash Bros. Melee, but you can only jump, A attack, B attack, and grab. The only character that you can move left or right with on your own is Jigglypuff. (Jigglypuff's B attack causes him to rollout in the direction that it's facing.) Actually the microphone is equivalent to one of the triggers on the GC pad, but not Z. You can tell because I tried to play Super Smash Bros. None of these games require the bongos and can be played with a regular controller, although, it is less fun at times. Also, I believe that DK: King of Swing and the GBA versions of the DKC games do not use the bongos when used with the Game Boy Player. --Thaddius 17:44, 23 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
