Fiqh or hadith?[edit]

In the article for the author, this is referred to as a work of jurisprudence (fiqh); yet here it is referred to as a book of hadith. I think this requires further research for secondary sources to pin it down. I really wish I had a copy of the book or could find an ecopy, as while it would count as a primary source and wouldn't be preferable for use in the article, being able to read it would certainly help in bulking up the article. Fair point. According to this source, its full name is دعائم الإسلام، وذكر الحلال والحرام , which suggests it is a fiqh book (the source says Ali az-Zahir would give rewards for whoever memorised it). But yes you are right more sources are needed.--Aa2-2004 (talk)
