Re [1] - it is most certainly NOT the convention to “use Latin” names on Wikipedia. We don’t call Switzerland “Helvetia” or Ireland “Hibernian”. We don’t call the Slavs “Sclaveni” or the French “Gauls”. To the extent that Latin names make their way into our usage it’s if they survived in some form as part of contemporary words. Hi. I may have misspoken. But when there isn't clear English name for an obscure European tribe, Latin names are used. Just see most of articles about Polabian Slavs and minnor tribes from Poland. And you should never use Polish names here for that, especially in such for as "Dziadoszanie". This isn't how English language works, and it would be Dziadoszans if anything. But in this case, the Latin names should be used instead. Artemis Andromeda (talk) 21:26, 21 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
