Images 'deleted' from article by an editor invoking a bot (twice)[edit]

Last June I uploaded and added a portrait image under Template:Non-free use rationale which was deleted in this change, causing a bot to activate, eventually deleting the image file in entirety after seven days of not being in article space.

An invitation to discuss at File talk:Dan Kneen portrait.jpeg was not undertaken, the same editor again deleting the file within two minutes of my re-adding, with the comment: consensus is that searching should take a few months not a quick Google search. As could have been seen at Talk section (replicated below), I did more than a quick Google.

==Disputed tagging==
The tag is incorrect - states "living person" (pinging tagger Whpq who perhaps did not read the upload description which clearly states twice "deceased 2018" ?).

Prior to uploading this selected image named purposely as Dan Kneen portrait, Commons was checked, plus general Google searches and a specific Flickr search were made. Flickr returned 1,611 hits with only 4 being acceptable licence.

These four are not portrait and show only a rider and motorcycle in distant action by telephoto lens, wearing full protective equipment and in corporate livery/colourways. Soon after adding this image, another was added to the article from Commons (Flickr), again non-portrait and similar tele-lens/distance, showing only indistinct corporate colours.

These five action images - being non-portrait - add nothing to the reader's understanding of the individual, failing the basic criterion of '...the primary means of visual identification of the subject.... This image has been resized and is used in accordance with FUR.--Rocknrollmancer (talk) 19:37, 1 June 2018...

I would like to re-add this same image as a new upload. Comments are welcome, particularly relating to the edit summary "consensus is that searching should take a few months not a quick Google search".--Rocknrollmancer (talk) 15:07, 5 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
