Everyone has their own definition to love. Everyone is wrong. There is only one definition to love but it is different for everyone in the world. Nobody knows what love is until you fall in love. What you fall in love with is a person. The person is the reason you fall in love. You wouldn't know what I love is without this person. So this person that you fall in love with in the reason you fall in love, is the reason you know what love is, so this person you are in love with is no longer John or Jane but Love. The person has become love and that person that has become love is the definition to love to you.
