Proposer's rationale: Both share the same exact scope of the topic and the name “Daraa insurgency” is original research, hurting the credibility of Wikipedia. Felix QW (talk) 20:17, 9 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Disagree. This article covers the whole period from 2011+ whereas the insurgency article covers the much narrower 2019+ period since formal cessation of government-rebel conflict and then outbreak of inurgency, which is a neutral and accurate term for what's happening.
