Non-free use of "Body count" album cover.[edit]

File:Body Count Album Cover.jpg is licensed as non-free cover art which means that is use on Wikipedia is subject to Wikipedia's non-free content use policy. It is generally OK to use non-free album covers per item 1 of WP:NFCI, but such usage is typically only considered acceptable for identification purposes when the album cover is being used as the primary means of identification about the album itself as explained in WP:NFC#cite_note-3. This is while the cover's use in Body Count (album) is permitted. This does not mean that the cover art can only be used in the Body Count article; it can possibly be used in other articles as well, but there has to be a really strong justification for doing so. This justification is typically considered to be sourced critical commentary which specifcally discusses the cover art itself so that there is a strong contextual connection between image and article content. There is some discussion of the album cover art, but that probably should be expanded upon and perhaps developed into its own sub-section; moreover, a non-free use rationale for the cover art needs to be provided for this specific use per WP:NFCC#10c.

Using the album cover in the main infobox is simply not allowed in this article because the article is about Halili and not the album. If any image is to be added to the main infobox, then it should be an image of Halili himself; however, Halili is still living which means that only a freely licensed image of him may be used per WP:FREER. -- Marchjuly (talk) 07:03, 10 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
