Stradivarius

[edit]

I was just watching a commercial television program (Regis) that had Garret on as a guest. He said that he had actually bought the Stradivarius (now worth 6 million) that he was using for this performance. I would think personal ownership of a Strad would be something that should be clearly described in the main article. Any objections or details that should be included? This isn't a subject area in which I have any particular expertise, so I would prefer someone who is knowledgeable in the area also be the one to compose the entry I'm asking be made. Thanks. --Mycos (talk) 17:14, 13 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Correction

[edit]

I just edited one song title, since "Parla Più Piano" needs accent on the "u" in Italian, because that vowel is stressed. If it's an error because the title is originally (mis)spelled without the accent, please correct me. Thanks... A passing-by Italian guy. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.48.254.187 (talk) 15:40, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Age

[edit]

Various sources list his year of birth as 1980 or 1981, and his age as therefore 31 or 32. Google itself is the most immediately accessible example of somewhere that gives different information to Wiki. Sourcing and confirming which is correct might be worthwhile. 94.12.11.15 (talk) 16:14, 12 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

American/German

[edit]

I am not entirely sure about the assignment of nationalities on Wikipedia, but since Garrett is half American, half German if decided by his parents, was born and raised in Germany and has never lived in the US until he was 19, I think only calling him "American" is a bit misleading. --Ulkomaalainen (talk) 04:32, 11 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
