a trifle : shoe-laces forgotten in "Iggy Peck, Architect"
[edit]Thanks David for your beautiful drawings in perky Andrea Beaty's "Iggy Peck, architect". But, as my grand-son soon noticed, you forgot the school-mistress shoe-laces, which Iggy uses to tie up an emergency bridge...BTW, thanks Andrea for allowing the school-mistress to suffer only a mild "architectophobia" after such a childhood trauma (being stuck in a sky-scraper elevator for 2 days with some French clowns feeding only on camembert cheese...) !. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.27.240.64 (talk) 08:28, 9 April 2015 (UTC)
Molly Moon series
[edit]Previously we said, "David Roberts has also illustrated the covers for the reprints of Enid Blyton's St Clare's books, for the Molly Moon series by Georgia Byng ...". Literally that means cover art for the original Molly Moon editions but I wonder about the intention.
ISFDB shows four different covers [1] but credits none of the artists for book one, Molly Moon's Incredible Book of Hypnotism (where we credit the third of them, edition unspecified).
Books by Georgia Byng and David Roberts at WorldCat hits only the records for Catalan language editions of the first two books, which credit Roberts for the covers, no images. Perhaps those alone because it is exceptional for library catalogues to credit any cover artist.
I rewrote the paragraph without mention of the Molly Moon series. --P64 (talk) 20:13, 14 April 2015 (UTC)
