Merge proposal

[edit]

I propose a merge from belief decision matrix to this article because 1) they cover similar material, 2) they're both very short articles, 3) it is easier to understand how the two differ by having them next to one-another, rather than having to flip between two different articles, and searching for (what seem to be subtle) differences between the two. Indeed, the two seem to be exactly the same, until you read them very very carefully. Merging will clarify this. linas (talk) 17:18, 31 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I agree to this suggestion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 196.23.147.204 (talk) 08:00, 18 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Merge proposal II or Reference proposal

[edit]

The article on "Decision-matrix method" is related to this one and should be referenced or put into context. Pugh's methods appear to be a Decision Matrix used in a particular dicipline, namely "design" and "engineering". However, someone with more insight than me should make the changes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.254.154.91 (talk) 07:22, 2 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Possible mistake correction

[edit]

Shouldn't the Sum and rank in the example matrix, be on the Alternative and not the criteria? Either replace names of rows and columns, or move the sum/rank to be columns on the right. Ronharlev (talk) 18:42, 6 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
