Criticism section needs sources

I've added a couple of flags to the "criticism" section. Only one reference is given, and it's attached to the second sentence in the first paragraph. Some pretty strong statements follow. It isn't clear if the reference applies to the rest of the paragraph or not. If someone could verify that, it would help if we could reference that part of the paragraph as well.

The second paragraph reads as if it may be original research. It may well be correct, but it really should be sourced. EastTN (talk) 20:39, 7 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
