Merger with Connecticut River Transit as Southeast Vermont Transit[edit]

Just an FYI: On July 1, 2015, the Deerfield Valley Transit Association officially merged with Connecticut River Transit to become Southeast Vermont Transit.[1] I recommend that these two pages should be merged into one, complete with details on how this new company now operates two divisions - a "MOOver" division and a "Current" division. Challenge[edit]

This is a regional transit agency, and I created this bare-bones article so that the person who requested on OTRS wouldn't have to slog through the AFC backlog. Kevin Rutherford (talk) 06:02, 2 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... we are public transit operator serving teh public good, and there are similar articles by other public transit operators in vermont, and we will contact these and other organizations to eliminate the orphan problem.

Challenge...part 2[edit]

It's not a blatant copyright violation, as there are a few terms that are duplicated, but the surrounding text isn't a violation. It is also a regional transportation agency and is notable, but no one has searched for outside links (here, here, here etc.), but that does not make it un-notable.
