This article does not show up when a search is done through the search bar. The full name of the article has to be typed, otherwise the search throws up zero results.

@Fastily- When I attempted a test search with the two words: "Dehani irrigation", this was the result: There were no results matching the query.

You may create the page "Dehani irrigation", but consider checking the search results below to see whether it is already covered. For some searches only the first 51 results are listed below. This is temporary and due to a lack of server resources.

Ah, I see what you mean. I think the best course of action to take would be to create a redirect page out of Dehani irrigation.
