DiplomatTesterMan, I think you should put the article at WP:GOCE/R. I think it needs some serious copy-editing. After the CE is finished (should take about a month to reach the top) we can continue from there. In the meantime, after you fix the outstanding concern I'll put this review on hold.

The sentence referenced above and the sentence before that will need major restructuring and reincorporation....As it reads right now it is almost in a list separated by commas format.
Where possible replace the database entries with citations from scholarly sources (such as those which you listed in the bibliography section)[assuming you have access to the sources].

The nearest metro station is the Dhaula Kuan metro station and the Delhi Cantonment Metro Station. Seems like WP:OR, not there in source. Also the sentence reads like a excerpt from a travelogue.
