On the Criticism...
[edit]Is there any citation that goes with the claims made by the author in the Criticism section? It has quotes, but no other substance or information regarding them. It's not that I'm against that portion of the article in any way, it's just I'd rather not have some original research in the place of hard fact.--TheChrisParker 17:29, 25 May 2007 (UTC)

Two items of note
[edit]1) BHD, instead of being mostly "free-form" (i.e. approach from any angle as you see fit) like previous Delta Force games (1, 2, and Land Warrior), is a fixed-path shooter. i.e. you must follow fixed paths through the map. It is a MAJOR change from previous DF games.
2) BHD's "final" mission is indeed called "Aidid Takedown", in which a single Delta Operative is sent in to assassinate Aidid and make it look like a rival faction did it. However, it was described as "fictional" in the manual, and does NOT appear until the player has managed to finish the BHD "big battle" mission. So it's more of a "bonus what-if" mission.

- You dont hafta follow fixed paths. You just need to hit the way points, from any angle (although your NPCs will be dumb and go in on the plan), and it would quite boring if you do go off the path cuz there are no enemies. Copysan 07:34, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:DFBHDCover.jpg
[edit]Image:DFBHDCover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Team Sabre
[edit]I suggest that somebody writes up the missions to Team Sabre in the same format as is already featured. Delta Five (talk) 17:25, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
- Actually those mission overviews are probably going to be deleted once someone decides to clean up this article. The same goes for the list of weapons. Both sections should be replaced with small prose paragraphs. There is no need to list every weapon (wikipedia is not a gameguide) nor to tell the entire plot. A broad overview of what missions are like is sufficient, a few notable examples might be mentioned but not elaborated in details.--Fogeltje (talk) 20:41, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
