This article was proposed for deletion because of a lack of references + insufficient notability.

I and another user have since added 6 references to the article. The book which forms the subject of the article is indeed of sufficient notability to have a wikipedia article dedicated to it:

1. There are many "published works discussing the book"; several are now referenced on the article.

2. The book "made a significant contribution" to the "notable movement" of Romanticism as one of its early representations.

3. The book is a "subject of study at academic institutions", such as Cambridge University and Oxford University (I could not find a link for this, but I am a student of the University and reading Der Runenberg as part of my undergraduate degree)

Thus the article should not be deleted.
