The ZMC-2[edit]
I have never seen the ZMC-2 refered to as the Detroit Aircraft ZMC-2 anywhere in my extensive LTA library. I will concced that it is probably proper to so include it in a Wikipedia article on the parent holding company as a product of that entity though the US Navy did not so designate it. ZMC-2 was designed and produced by the Aircraft Development Corporation which was later called the Metal Clad Airship Corporation of the Detroit Aircraft Corporation. ZMC-2 was most certainly not "blimp" as it would maintain its shape with zero pressure differential. Moreover it was operated at zero pressure up to around 20 knots on occasion.
