Why is this particular picture of Hamid Karzai included? He is clearly wearing a Qaraqul (karakul) cap. --Siyahqalem (talk) 04:45, 16 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

That hat worn in Afghanistan and Pakistan is called a Karakuli and is made from the skin of a karakul sheep. It has nothing to do with the Dhaka Topi.
