Reference to 'negotiator' - sources required

I've removed the description of Dhiruben Patel as a 'negotiator' because I could not find any reliable references for it, and because the term by itself is vague. Will reinstate it if I am pointed to a good source and explanation on the kind of negotiation she did. R1988 (talk) 10:36, 10 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
