The Original Dialogue

[edit]

Just listened to the newly released “Live at the Kennedy Center” album, performed and recorded on 9/16/71. About a year before the studio version on Chicago V came out. This was a great performance and interesting as well. Apparently as Dialogue was being developed, Robert Lamm sang all of Peter Cetera’s parts in the back and forth with with Terry Kath. And apparently there was no “Part 2” yet and the band ended what is now known as “Part 1” cold. Check it out. The whole album is sensational and it’s some of Terry’s best guitar playing I’ve heard. And I’ve heard it all! 205.220.129.24 (talk) 15:05, 9 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
