Problem templates

I've added a couple of maintenance tags to the top of the page. It's mainly the "history" section; the fact that Noel dedicated a song to Richard Ashcroft is irrelevant to the article. The other dated items should be sourced and incorporated into the section as prose – this article shouldn't be an indiscriminate list of trivial occurances on the tour.
