Promotional tone (institutional)
[edit]It's not a corporate promotional tone, but an institutional one.
1) digital public good isn't a repackaging of old ideas around free software movement?
2) digital public good concept can be found already in 2013 and certainly earlier https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/6630005. Yet the article only focus on the UN program on digital public good. Gagarine (talk) 15:29, 21 November 2021 (UTC)
