It seems like this article has a lot of problems from the article with the main immediate failures being in this article as their is a lot of issues compared to the one that was in 2008. There seems to be a lot of ciations needed in certain sections which is a reason to demoted this article because of it. So basically even without going through it fails these criteria:
- Both sections of 1
- 2c - it contains no original research
- And before it was fixed by @Blue Square Thing:, 3a and 3b but their is still problems to be fixed there too.

There's no way I have a chance to work on it at all until August really. The whole international section needs gutting and re-writing in a summary style: I agree that as of now it's so far away from a good article that it's laughable. Blue Square Thing (talk) 09:36, 12 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
