I deleted the same-sex unions discussion topics because I didn't think it defined the Diocese of Niagara, nor did it flow with the article (in terms of being placed in the history section). I'm not trying to deny it happened; in fact I think it speaks volumes about the diocese, but didn't think it fit within the current layout of the article. Mouswj 02:07, 27 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The information had been replaced, but it made the article seem odd in
terms of structure. Though causing some local ecumenical controversy, and certainly noticed by other dioceses within the Anglican Church of Canada, it seems to me that the issue flows more logically in the history section, rather than in a separate "controversy" section.
I've slightly reworded the information--while what Bishop Spence did effectively vetoed the decision of synod, it's more accurate to say he withheld consent--and moved it into the history section. Mgriffin 13:51, 29 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Any thoughts on other educational institutions? These are the only two I can think of. I am not sure in which diocese the following schools lie: Ridley College Trinity College School Lakefield College St. Andrew's College (Aurora, Ontario)
