Districts or boroughs?[edit]

I have changed the name from boroughs to districts, as I believe it is the more common translation. The naming of the districts by their actual name (which normally is also the name of one their respective Stadtteile) might be disambiguous and using the number of the "Stadtbezirk" (as in ksh:Saachjrupp:Kölsch Veedel) might be a possiblity too.
