Adnotation about the confession[edit]

Adnotation "(the confession may take place some days before)" should be removed, there is nothing like that in the revelations. 2A02:A31A:A43F:2000:A1EC:8DDC:9581:8183 (talk) 10:55, 23 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

For any plenary indulgence, sacramental confession and Eucharistic communion can take place within seven days before or after; this is universally accepted. Hydroxyzine-XYZ (talk) 11:07, 15 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Notability[edit]

It seems to me bizarre that this article carries a notability tag, when the feast has been recognised and officially proclaimed by successive popes beginning with JPII, and has also been featured in the On This Day section of Wikipedia's main page four times. I would support the immediate removal of this tag. Hydroxyzine-XYZ (talk) 11:07, 15 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Hydroxyzine-XYZ: notability is based on significant coverage in independent reliable sources, not either of those things. It would be helpful if before removing the tag you added at least three such sources to the article. Horse Eye's Back (talk) 15:12, 15 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
