The article is overall pretty good, however here's a few things that need fixing:

The AJ Auxerre section is rather short, given he spent the majority of his career there. Expand this section. Done
"Immediate surgery to repair his open fractured tibia followed, ruling him out of the tournament." Sentence fragment. Done
"It's so tough to hear Djibril scream like that," said fellow French striker Thierry Henry. "You lose a teammate and also a friend. But he is tough; he will come back." Needs reference. Done - It is referenced at the end of this sentence; "Immediate surgery to repair his open fractured tibia followed, ruling him out of the tournament.".
Make sure all cites that have an author contain it in the ref (for example, #30 needs one). Done - Added.
