I edited this page because of a major error that had misled me. The previous text stated that Scalia disagreed with the majority opinion as presented in the first paragraph of the Opinion section. But I found on p. 10 of Scalia's opinion that he didn't disagree. Here's the source: http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/09pdf/09-559.pdf. After making that correction, I then deleted the entire paragraph about Scalia because the only reason for the paragraph would now be to present the quote of Scalia that it contains. However, in view of Scalia's agreement with the majority, his quote consists of a tangent that would need to be developed in its own right to express its full implications, namely, that there should be no secret ballot. Besides, the quote should have had a reference citation to the above link and page number. Fibbit (talk) 01:55, 20 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
