Telugu Wikipedia article, image[edit]

I've linked this on Wikidata with the Telugu Wikipedia article. They have the picture of the bust from the Telugu source referenced, uploaded under a fair use rationale: te:దస్త్రం:Dokka seethamma statue.jpg. Yngvadottir (talk) 00:41, 24 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

She is a notable person in Andhra + Telanana with more than 8.5 crores (85 million) people[edit]

That is more than 10s of countries combined. Unfortunately we don't have enough literature references in English about her. If that's what it takes it to be in English Wikipedia, completely your choice.

According to Wikipedia's own definition:

"For people, the person who is the topic of a biographical article should be "worthy of notice"[1] or "note"[2]—that is, "remarkable"[2] or "significant, interesting, or unusual enough to deserve attention or to...."

Based on the above definition -- yes she is a notable person. But if it needs to be notable for other worlds other than in Indian states where she is popular, I'm not sure.
