"aggresive"?

First paragraph says "Workers aggressively defend their nest by repeatedly stinging invaders"... I can see this as true from a technical/etymological perspective, but it does give the lay-person the impression that it is an aggressive species. I'm am no expert, but everything else I read about this species suggests the opposite... perhaps this could be clarified/re-worded to make it clear that "invader" doesn't mean "someone within 10 feet of the nest"?
