• There are a lot of issues here that need to be addressed in the prose.

Lead

• It was written and produced by herself, DJ Clue, Duro, and Mystikal. → it seems that Mystikal is also a producer. "It was written by herself, DJ Clue, Duro, and Mystikal, while production was handled by the former three."
• produced by Tom Browne and Toni Smith → produced by Tom Browne and Toni Smith, who are credited as co-writers.
• Toni Smith. → shouldn't bee Carrollyne Smith? Or is it the same person? If it is the name should be per liner notes of Glitter.
• was a commercial disappointment → failed to mane any significant impact on the charts, I don't like the word disappointment here.
• It did not chart on the US Billboard Hot 100, but it appeared at number 23 on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart → It appeared on Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100, a component of the US Billboard Hot 100, by peaking at number 123.

The Bubbling Under is a separate chart, so I didn't put 123... would seem a bit informal

• More information could be added here such as...something else from the music video, like the three Mariahs but summarise; the reviews commented on a couple more stuff like "praise of the song overall" and something for the negative side as well, something regarding the MTV appearance

• Dotmusic cites a release date that is not the given on the article and it is not used anywhere else, should be included on a release history
