In spite of its name, the donjon Lacataye is not a keep of a former castle. It is the result of two twin roman houses built in the 13th c doted with crenellation in the 16th c (see amendments in the article in French). --Jibi44 (talk) 13:58, 5 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No, not Roman. Romans were long gone by the 13C! Romanesque is the word you want (roughly equivalent to 'Norman' in English.Emeraude (talk) 22:09, 24 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
