Super Mario Bros. Theme[edit]

Does Mario Bros. Theme refer to the Super Mario Bros. theme? I can't even remember any of the music from Mario Bros. SMB's theme was much more memorable.

  • Yes, it does refer to the SMB theme. Sakurina 8:32pm Saturday May 28th (ET)
    • I've gone and changed it. Thanks for the confirmation Optichan 21:52, Jun 12, 2005 (UTC)

Both these games seem to have the same drum peripheral, so I assume they're differently-named versions of the same game. If so they REALLY need to be merged.

  • No, Donkey Konga is a music game, you hit the drums in time with the music. As I understand it DKJB is a regular game, just played with a drum controller. Kappa 22:54, 13 Apr 2005 (UTC)
    • Ah, that makes sense now. All the same, there should be a link in both pointing out the similarity. Also the drum page itself only lists the one game.

Track list[edit]

In October 2005, A Link to the Past (talk · contribs) cut out the track listing from this article and pasted it into a Wikibooks module. That module is about to be deleted from Wikibooks, because it does not fall within the Wikibooks remit of being an instructional or educational text, by even the most liberal interpretation. My dad[edit]

Who's the fool who thinks List of songs in Donkey Konga series needs to be merged back into Donkey Konga? I just merged it out because the list is too long and takes up too much of the main pages room, yet is important enough to the games that the information does need to exist. To me, the choice is clear, the song list needs to stay on its own page.--SeizureDog 22:08, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

About the sequels[edit]

The sequels section that mentions Donkey Konga 2 and 3 says that Donkey Konga 2 has been released in all regions, but it hasn't. While it has been released in most regions (Japan, USA, Europe, etc.) it has never been released in Australia (and presumably New Zealand). It might not be important enough to mentio but maybe someone should fix it? --DK 02:47, 24 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, I'm in Australia myself and it makes things rather confusing, I originally thought I could buy it here. - Admeister200x. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 60.240.130.28 (talk) 14:44, August 20, 2007 (UTC)
