Publication history edits[edit]

Hello, I am new to editing Wiki, so please provide me criticism as needed. I have been making changes over the past few days wrt to Nero Wolfe articles (books)but I will not make any more until I feel I have the proper orientation of the articles. So I will just ask questions on the talk pages and let the masters decide what should be altered. Is the Dell 10¢ #21 a Mapback as indicated here...I dont think so?? (well, I corrected the entry as I was probably the reason it was in error--- the "3 Doors to Death" mapback was 626 not 21)

Hi — and thank you for filling in the many gaps in the publication history of the paperbacks. Thanks, too, for correcting the error I made here yesterday, on the number of the mapback Three Doors to Death.

Concerning the Dell 10-cent "Door to Death" (right, that one's not a mapback), I think this is the only article where that unique book publication should be mentioned. The detailed publication histories for the individual stories can go into in the articles on the specific stories, like this one. The articles on the story-story collections like Three Doors to Death contain information on just that entire book's publication history — and that of the omnibus volumes that sometimes contain them. In short, I removed the Dell 10-cent edition of "Door to Death" from the Three Doors to Death publication history yesterday, and I'm still inclined to support that.
