Early life?[edit]

I'll take a look and make straightforward copyedits as I go and jot queries below:

  • Err, it's lead is a bit small...actually the article is pretty slim overall. Looking over some sources, there are some more biographical facts that can be added, see here that mentions her parents were Jewish immigrants from Poland, and here which covers her legacy better. Anyway, I would feel more comfortable if it's been fleshed out a little more.
