Movie reception[edit]

Dr. Ehrlich's widow was said to have thought the movie was good. I do not remember where I read this, and was not able to find anything today on the internet. agb — Preceding unsigned comment added by 143.43.137.21 (talk) 20:24, 1 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Channel Four version?[edit]

I removed the following text from the article: The version shown on Channel Four on television in 1996 concludes with a court scene where relatives of three people who died from the '606' injections accuse Dr. Ehrlich of manslaughter. Dr. Ehrlich requests that the relatives explain step by step what symptoms the patients suffered on receiving the injections and in this way provides another medical contribution: coining the term 'anaphylactic reaction' and learning how such a reaction might be spotted early and death prevented in future such cases.

I find it implausible that a special edit of the film would have been made for Channel Four 56 years after the film was originally released and 23 years after its star, Edward G. Robinson, had died. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 01:28, 29 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
