Batman[edit]

He looked like a copyright infringement of Batman. Alexander 007 17:06, 25 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Requested move[edit]

Dracula also appeared in Marvel Comics publications (such as Tomb of Dracula, source of the character Blade) and probably other publishers' publications as well. Shouldn't that be noted here? Canonblack 20:41, 18 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

NO. This page is ONLY devoted to the stupid superhero version of Dracula published by Dell. These other version should be noted elsewhere. --Emb021 16:58, 14 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The title of this article aught to be Dracula (Dell comics) as there is another article entitled Dracula (Marvel comics) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 64.12.117.7 (talk) 19:11, 2 October 2006 (UTC).[reply]
A move has been suggested and that seems like the right thing to do. (Emperor 12:16, 11 September 2007 (UTC))[reply]
I agree - then, this can be made into a disambiguation page. I believe Frankenstein already has such a page. Not sure about the Werewolf though. BOZ 12:27, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
There are similar pages and that would be what I think it'd be worth working towards: Frankenstein (comics) and Werewolf (comics). (Emperor 19:31, 11 September 2007 (UTC))[reply]
This page can be redirected to Dracula (disambiguation) rather than stand alone once its been moved to the new name. I've already redirected the Werewolf and Frankenstein disambigs. -- 69.182.73.240 06:53, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've reverted the Frankenstein changes - see the discussion on the intelligent use of hatnotes [1]. (Emperor 12:38, 6 October 2007 (UTC))[reply]
I requested the move for exactly the reasons listed above -- 69.183.15.244 19:15, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
There is no real need to request a move - if there is a consensus (as there seems to be) we can just move it - same goes for the other two. (Emperor 13:45, 6 October 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:DellDrac4.jpg[edit]

Image:DellDrac4.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 00:09, 3 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
