Dresdner Kleinwort brand ceases to exist

As of 1 September 2009, the Dresdner Kleinwort brand ceases to exist and has been replaced by Commerzbank. The article has been updated to reflect this.Dkib communication (talk) 13:44, 3 September 2009 (UTC)

Legal Merger with Commerzbank AG

Due to the legal merger between Dresdner Bank AG and Commerzbank AG happening on 11 May 2009 the article has been updated. Dresdner Kleinwort (talk) 14:15, 12 May 2009 (UTC)

Not factual information

It is proposed that this entry by SlipperyJim ("On Friday 6th Feb 2009 the bank's London employees were told to leave and work out their notice period at home. Senior analysts report still having email access and access to the building, but are only coming in to clear their desks and bring their CVs up to date.") be removed because it is not accurate. Its general term implies that this took place across the whole of the bank in London, and for all senior analysts. This is not correct. Moreover, the reference that employees "are only coming in to clear their desks and bring their CVs up to date" is not only inaccurate, but unverifiable and therefore subjective. This entry serves little factual information. Dresdner Kleinwort Content manager (talk) 11:58, 17 February 2009 (UTC)

Amends were made on the article to provide up-to-date information on the new structure of Dresdner Kleinwort post Commerzbank's acquisition. Dresdner Kleinwort Content manager (talk) 14:02, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

Response: "Bias of Content"

The comments about their research seem unfounded and vain - there are stronger houses for research. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.45.249.139 (talk) 16:34, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

  • That quote was added by the IP 69.86.252.94 in this edit, and the IP address belongs to EarthLink, an American ISP. Regardless of who added it, if it is biased it should be reworded or removed. --Snigbrook (talk) 13:01, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

Bias of Content

Is it just me, or does this page read like an advertisement for DK? "The company's research activities are second to none, with top-ranked awards in global economics and strategy for five years..." -- did this text get copied from their annual report? At the very least, a citation would be nice. 207.71.26.250 (talk) 16:46, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

fear and greed index

I understand these guys are responsible for a "fear and greed index" which has been mentioned all over the financial media. Does anyone have an URL for that index? --Ace Frahm 19:27, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
