Driving Outside Thailand on Temporary License?[edit]

"On any condition, temporary driving licence is not valid outside the Kingdom of Thailand and International Driving Permit is not issued to Temporary driver's licence holder.″

It is true that the International Driving Permit is not issued to Temporary driver's licence holder, but given that the temporary license is now in English, people don't need an IDP to drive in most countries.

I cannot find any mention that "On any condition, temporary driving licence is not valid outside the Kingdom of Thailand" in the reference given https://www.dlt.go.th/en/international-driving-licence/ so this claim needs a new reference, or be reconsidered? 2.25.62.156 (talk) 09:25, 17 March 2017 (UTC) Calum[reply]
