The result of the move request was: No consensus to move. All the participants used good arguments but the votes are split. The written-out forms of these names do seem easier to understand. But a check of the web indicates that these Swiss organizations tend to use the abbreviations when referring to themselves. Certainly they use the abbreviations on their websites. They have ETH-Rat for what our article calls ETH-Board, and de:ETH-Bereich for what we call ETH-Domain. Of course official names (whether or not they are abbreviations) don't always win here on Wikipedia. All these options are consistent with policy and guidelines, it's just that we have no agreement here. Green Giant suggests merging ETH-Board into our ETH-Domain article, and in fact that's how the two topics are handled in the German Wikipedia. EdJohnston (talk) 15:47, 26 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

{{requested move/dated}}

– Correct name as well but clearly easier to understand for the average user. Relisted. BDD (talk) 04:12, 11 May 2013 (UTC) Agroduct (talk) 08:38, 30 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
