I have now updated the text so that it is not a copy of the page:

https://www.euro-online.org/web/pages/1565/euro-advanced-tutorials-in-operational-research

but this page is also owned by EURO and that is why want to have the Wikipedia page as we do with other journals of EURO (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Association_of_European_Operational_Research_Societies#Publications).

I will also attempt to add external sources as I improve the page
