Man C & Man U : grounds map?

[edit]

An area map of the grounds used by Man City & Man United, could make for interesting reading about / viewing.

Especially as Man City's Etihad Stadium is under a mile from at least one former Man United ground ... and Etihad is an Arabic word meaning "United"!! 82.44.9.199 (talk) 22:31, 5 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

There are two comments I have about this. The first is that the map would have to be somewhat vague, as the precise location of several of the earliest City grounds are not known. The second question is "where would we put that map?" If you were to put it on this article, the inclusion of United grounds would be confusing as this article has nothing to do with United. If you were to put it on the Manchester derby article then you would need to add a new section talking about the historic locations of the two teams, as without context the map would look like it was only tangentially related to the topic.
If we can resolve the second issue then I wouldn't be against doing this. Falastur2 Talk 08:52, 6 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
