Change the Articel-Name to "Eastern Belarus"[edit]

Please change the Articel-Name to "Eastern Belarus", because Belarus is a independent Nation with their own people, language and Culture and not Russia. The term "Eastern Belorussia" violates the self-Consciousness of the Belarusian people of beeing their own people and not beeing Russian anymore!
