I noticed you can find an copy of this at http://moglen.law.columbia.edu/twiki/bin/view/AmLegalHist/StephanDalal_EatonWIKI. However, I accepted this because the last edit on this page was March 27 and the edit on the other page is March 28. This page is very likely to trigger a copied page notice.
