Nationality is Chinese-Canadian, Canadian Or Taiwanese-born Canadian?

[edit]

There seems to be a lot of editing warring about what his nationality is. Given he moved to Canada at the young age of 13, I'm assuming he has Canadian citizenship and should be considered predominately Canadian.

I notice China Daily refers to him as Chinese-Canadian and notice in the page history for this article various references to Taiwan not being a country (so I guess this is a little heated!).

Looking at similar people born in Taiwan who grew up in Canada e.g. Godfrey Gao Chungsen Leung Anne Kang and Pay Chen "Taiwanese-born Chinese Canadian" seems the most accurate.

To prevent further edit warring I've added an inline comment in the article itself referring to this talk page topic and chosen a neutral one.
