Merge Kazakhstan - Education System into this article
Agree: The articles overlap in their subject matter. It makes sense for them to be amalgamated. -- Aylahs (talk) 06:20, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
"socialized secondary school education....socialized institutions of higher learning" ?
What is meant by this term? Does it just mean institutions funded by the government (public sector, as opposed to privately funded institutions) or does it imply some other aspect? Thanks! --mgaved (talk) 15:05, 2 February 2015 (UTC)
