Mayors

Below is a list of mayors of Elbasan after 1912. It is removed and I support its removal, but because someone worked hard to prepare it is a pity not to save it here for possible future use. Philotelism: Serbian postage of Elbasan

There are cancels in Serbian and Latin (Albanian?) script used by the Serbian Army Post in early 20th century Elbasan. Some of them are dated "1915". Osijek - sister city (Twin town)
