Memphis Flu

The song cited is called the Memphis Flu, there was a major flu outbreak in Memphis in 1929, and the song lyrics state that in 1929 the flu broke out in Memphis. I'm not sure what if the reference is correctly cited, but even if it is, the song is not about the 1918-9 global flu epidemic.
